Thread & Maple - Cork Notions Tray

Keep your tools organized on beautiful display with this unique cork notions tray. Handcrafted in Portugal from quality sustainably harvested cork, this little tray is ideal for keeping your notions on your tabletop without the disarray.

The inner bowl shows the gorgeous cork in its natural beauty, while the outer shell is dyed a subtle light grey with all natural vegetable dyes. We've adorned them with our T&M maple leaf emblem on the front :)

Cork is an ultra durable, long-lasting material, water-resistant, lightweight and easy to clean. Best of all, it's 100% sustainable and biodegradable. It is harvested from the bark of an oak tree without damaging the tree itself. A single oak tree lives up to 200 years and can be harvested more than 16 times! Portuguese cork meets the highest standards of quality and is harvested responsibly, with local laws stipulating that a harvested oak be left untouched for 9 years to flourish and regrow its bark. These impressive oaks grow to be enormous and help to clean the air, making cork production very environmentally friendly.
