Sandnes Garn
Sandnes Garn began in 1888 as a spinning mill constructed of red brick in the town of Sandnes, Norway. Though it is one of the oldest mills in continually production, the company’s practices are thoroughly modern.
Sandnes Garn strives to secure fibers from sources that prioritize animal welfare & sustainability. In addition, they are committed to reducing water use, minimizing pollution, maximizing use of renewable energy & upcycling yarn waste. They are also one of the first yarn companies to offer superwash yarn with NO Microplastics!
The yarns produced by Sandnes Garn are beautiful to knit, wear well & create a gorgeous fabric for garments & accessories. The collection of nature-inspired, modern colorways & stunning, wearable patterns are an inspiration to knitters around the globe.
We have fallen head over heels with this high quality yet affordable yarn and are sure you will love it too!
