This will be an every other week Zoom now through at least the end of the year as we sort out the best night for our get together! We also wanted to make sure and include our fans and customers from around the US and world to join in that cant always make it to the shop!

Christmas Party & Cookie Exchange!
Join your fellow crafters for our fun Christmas Party! Come wearing your holiday sweaters, ugly Christmas sweaters, or Holiday t shirts depending on the weather and bring some cookies to share! Most people bring 2-3 dozen cookies. We will have drinks and some savory snacks to share, plus other fun things! e are EXCITED to be having a fun new addition to the cookie Exchange and party thanks to Customers Amber and Melissa! They are helping us host our first ever Skein Swap! Check out the details below!
Rules/ Guidelines:
* Bring your beautiful hand dyed skeins that you loved or impulse bought, but now would rather see go to a good home. Maximum of 10 skeins.
*Must be full skeins. preferable in a hank with a label present.
* $5 participation fee BUT you will get $5 of your purchase valid on Dec 9th only. Purchase ticket here:
How it will work: White Elephant style
Everyone that purchases a ticket will have a name tag on and will draw a number from a hat.
Then we will take turns picking 1 skein from the pile of the to be swapped. Then number 2 goes and has the option to steal the previous person's skein or pick from the table.
First person has an opportunity to go again.
Please Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes before the swap so Amber can number your skeins.
New KAL and Workshop!
Tolsta Tee KAL Beginning Jan 13th!
This KAL and workshop is PERFECT for those of you wanting to knit your first sweater but need a bit of help starting out! We are hosting a FREE workshop for the Tolsta Tee on Jan. 13th at 1:30pm that will last approximately 1 hour. This workshop is geared for the person that hasn't knit a sweater before, Cathie will walk you through choosing your garment size, ease, & basic top down garment construction. You will cast on your Tee at the workshop so bring your supplies with you! You will need to purchase the pattern available on Ravelry and bring your needles or be ready to purchase them and your yarn at the shop.
To participate in the workshop and KAL you need to purchase your yarn from the shop. The Tee is written for both DK weight or Fingering weight. We are recommending Estate DK, Scout, or Double Sunday for DK weight, or Sunday, Cottage Sock, Camper, or 80/10/10 for fingering weight.
Rules:
To participate in the workshop or KAL you do need to purchase your yarn from TMS.
Casting on either at the workshop or the day of Jan 13th if you are not in store.
Finish your tee by Feb 10th to be entered into a drawing for a $40 gift card to the shop!
Open to any customers from TMS, both local and out of state! If you are out of state, be sure and tag us on IG or send us an email with a photograph of your cast on and finished project by Feb 10th.
